About Us
NDDC began guiding duck hunters in the fall of 2000 in a somewhat grass roots
attempt to dispel the notion that Arkansas was the premier destination for every duck
hunter and to put southern Missouri duck hunting on the map. We had hunted in
Arkansas and truly felt they had it no better than we did so we set out to let as many
hunters know about it as possible.
We believe that with the recent winter weather trends and our areas ever expanding grain
crop acreages that the tide has changed .
Located in the heart of the Mississippi flyway just below the confluences of the Missouri
and Ohio rivers into the Mississippi allows us to each year take advantage of massive
congregations of migrating waterfowl. Our usually mild winters and abundant supply of
grain allow our area to hold large numbers of ducks for extended periods.
Our club is in the heart of thousands of acres of the finest bottomland along the
Mississippi River consisting of flooded rice, corn, & soybean fields. Nestled in the
middle of 4 major wildlife refuges, we enjoy all the benefits that these large staging areas
afford.
We hunt flooded grain field pits as well as flooded timber by boat. Our pits are large and
well accommodated for hunters, dogs & big breakfasts. Our experience, along with our
ever expanding access to additional locations give us plenty of options for each days
hunt.
Let us show you a genuine downhome, low frills duck hunt'in experience.
..Our goal is to make our hunters comfortable enough that they feel like we're
hunt'in"their" pit.
